What is your technical competency
We have the best of Structural design engineers to take care of the
designs. Our co founder is a top 5 student in the University in
Civil Engineering and M.Tech besides having vast experience in
industry.
You claim that you will deliver the design on
schedule and with highest detailing standards. How do you manage
that?
We have a software division that caters to exclusive civil
engineering domain headed by a Civil Engineer who has been a
designer himself which gives us an advantage over others.
We have numerous in house developed software to design and detail
the structures, thus we have a standardized output.
I am situated in a different town, will you be able
to deliver the design and details to us.
In today’s world of electronic connectivity, it is very easy
for us to deliver the deliverables via electronic media, and in
case of technical discussion with our design dept, we can solve it
over telecon or via a video conference.
Still in situations our design team will travel to meet you in
person.
Can you design Mill foundations, fan foundation etc
required for industrial structures
Yes we have done many of such complicated foundations see our
sample drawings
Can you design large water tanks
Yes. Besides water tanks we have done Silos, Hoppers for
storing various materials.
What will be the scope of your work in designs, i.e.
will you coordinate with the Architectural / Mechanical / Chemical
consultant who will be overall in charge of the project?
Our scope is to do the design / detail a CIVIL structure in
coordination with the Architectural / Industrial consultant for
loads, fouling etc.
We will visit the site at critical stages in accordance with the
agreement signed with the client.
Yes we will be working in coordination with Mechanical or chemical
consultants in order to avoid fouling with equipment etc.
Will you provide Architectural services
Yes.
We have associate architects through them we can provide
professional architectural services.
Will you assist us in the per bid engineering?
We can assist you within our scope of work, i.e. providing
Quantities of materials required within the Civil Structural scope.
How do we transfer data to you and back to us.
It can be done via E-Mail or FTP site if the transfer is very
large.
What will be the output format of drawings be in?
We will be providing AutoCAD DWG format.
What is your privacy policy?
Will not sell, distribute, or share any customer data or
information to any third party
What are the Design codes that you can work?
We can work on any codes.
We are currently working on Indian standard codes as well and BS
codes.
Will your drawings match our drawings look and feel
of our existing drawings?
We take lot of info from you before we commence the work, and one
of them will be to understand your drafting standards. Thus we
ensure that we follow your drafting standards etc.
How do you guarantee your work?
We have the best quality workmanship both in design and detailing,
you can have our designs cross checked by a third party for its
accuracy and quality, besides we try our best to give you an error
free drawings after passing through a rigid quality control
process. In an unlikely case of any error in the drawings found we
will rectify that without any charges.
Are your design services taxable under law?
As per Indian law, there is a service tax on the design services
being rendered by us, the charges will be levied on the prevailing
rate.
What is your QC procedure?
We have a stringent QC procedure.
- The
detailer himself will check the drawings,
- Then
it will pass to the checker,
- Once
it passes the checker there will be a supervisor to do the
final checking,
- Only
after the supervisor has approved, the drawing will be sent to
the client.
